The two-in-one washer dryer is a space saver, but suffers from two drawbacks:
- The wash dry combo seems to take forever – more than four hours
- The labels on the machine are written in a code and pictograms seemingly invented by aliens.
Here then are a few tips:
1. Here’s the the instruction manual in English.
2. Do not overload. This washer/dryer is relatively big at 8 kg, but it won’t wash/dry properly with big loads, and potentially will harm the drum.
2. importantly, detergent goes in the detergent section on the right side of the drawer.

3. You can do a short wash cycle and then later do a short dry cycle. Here’s a good video showing how to dry only with basically the following steps:
- Put wet/damp clothes in
- 1. Turn on the machine
- 2. Set to program 15
- 3. Press the middle button on the right hand panel once
- 4. Press the bottom button on the right hand panel to set the drying time
- 5. Press start to start
4. Sometimes, especially when heaters are on in winter, it’s easier (and better for the environment) to air-dry your clothes like most Europeans. We have several racks for that purpose.
